TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  Now for the unpleasant but necessary bits………….

  jenny.griffiths3@btinternet.com with the dates you require.

• We are very sorry, but we are unable to accept bookings from All Male/All Female or Mixed Groups

  under the age of 25 years (Butlins Rules and regulations).

• The caravan will be vacant at 3:00pm on the day of your arrival although you are welcome to arrive

  earlier and enjoy the facilities of Butlins.

• It would be appreciated if you could vacate the caravan by 10:00am on the day of your departure

  so that the caravan can be cleaned. However, we would be very grateful if you would leave the

  caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

• If you are bringing children who are not ‘dry’ at night-time, it would be appreciated if you would

  bring protective coverings for the mattresses.

• To book your holiday please send £100 deposit, which will unfortunately have to be foreited if you

  cancel your holiday.

• The full balance, together with a security deposit of £50, will be due 8 weeks before the start of

  your holiday. The £50 security deposit is refundable after your holiday subject to no loss or damage

  occurring during your stay.

• Payments can be made by cheque, postal order, cash, bank transfer or by paypal (paying by paypal

  will incur a 5% charge, this is due to paypal costs).

• The caravan will be cleaned & inspected for loss/damage before your stay, if you noticed any

  damage upon your arrival please contact us straight away.

• Pillows & blankets are provided but due to hygiene reasons, you will need to provide your own bed

  sheets, pillow cases & towels.

• once we have received your deposit, booking form and the signed form we will send you

  confirmation of your booking.

• Once we have received your final payment and security deposit, we will send your registration form

  (to be handed in at the East Gate entrance) and instructions for key collection etc.

• We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if the final balance is not received by the due date

  confirmed.

• In the unlikely event of your accommodation becoming unavailable due to circumstances beyond

  our control, and we are unable to find comparative accommodation for you, a full refund will be

  given.

• Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities, on the resort, are beyond our control,

  and we cannot accept any responsibility for this. It is recommended that you contact Butlins to

  check the entertainment programme for your required holiday dates prior to booking your holiday.

• Unfortunately, smoking and pets are not allowed in the caravan.

• Once you have read and agreed all the terms and conditions please sign this form and return it with

  your £50 security deposit and your final payment. A copy of this form will be included in your

  booking pack.
