GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR BUTLINS CARAVAN
The caravan is situated beside the lake, standing in its own garden with landing stage onto the lake and patio area to the front of the caravan. There is a small rowing boat for your use (at own risk). Although the lake is quite shallow, please do not leave small children unattended by the lake. There is parking for your car beside the caravan.
After you have had a very busy day partaking in all the free daytime activities, what could be better than coming back home to relax in the tranquillity of the delightful garden beside the lake watching the ducks, geese and swans? You may even like to try your hand at fishing(see the photo of the fish caught off our landing stage). Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided for your pleasure. After a refreshing rest you can then enjoy the evening’s lively entertainment.
Whilst staying in our caravan you can enjoy the facilities of Butlins free, these include daytime activities for both children and adults. Plenty of evening entertainment can be found in either the family or adult-only venues. If you are feeling more energetic, there are plenty of activities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, with many water rides, funfair, football and basketball courts, bowling green, new indoor and outdoor high rope courses (the largest of its kind in Europe) and much more. Ten pin bowling, crazy golf, go-cart racing etc. are provided at an extra minimal cost.
Butlins has spent millions of pounds at Minehead building the new Skyline Pavilion with new venues for entertainment, shopping etc. Restaurants include Pizza Hut and Burger King. All these are under the cover of the new Skyline Pavilion. There is a MacDonald’s Restaurant in Minehead.
A deposit of £100 will secure the booking of your holiday with the balance, plus a £50 refundable security deposit, to be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. Your co-operation in this would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, if you cancel your booking the £100 deposit will be forfeited.
The caravan will be vacant at 3:00pm on the day of your arrival although you are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the facilities of Butlins – maybe a relaxing swim after your journey. It would be appreciated if you could vacate the caravan at 10:00am on the day of your departure.
